LivingLifeFit.com is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

How do I contact you?

Our number is 410-596-4400 Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern.  To avoid any delays, please leave us a brief voice mail or email us at LivingLifeFit@gmail.com.  Our goal is to give you a response on the day of your inquiry or the next business day.  

How are your products shipped?

Most of our products are shipped via UPS. If you elected rush shipping via UPS 2nd Day (not available for P.O. Boxes) your delivery time is about 4–5 business days. If you selected standard shipping, your order will arrive in about 5–7 business days.

If you ordered with a P.O. Box as your shipping address, your order will be sent by DHL Smartmail and delivered by U.S. Mail. It will take about 7–10 business days for delivery. 

How can I check the status of an order?

You can call Customer Service at 410-596-4400 to check your order status. Or you can e-mail us at LivingLifeFit@gmail.com.  Typically, if you provided an e-mail address with your order, a shipment confirmation e-mail will be sent to that address. Please be sure to check your bulk or junk mail folder if you did not receive a shipment confirmation and feel as though you should.

Why is my order delayed?

We apologize if your package has not arrived when expected.

The majority of our orders do deliver within the 5–7 business day guarantee; however, sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control that can cause delays in processing and shipping, such as major power outages or adverse weather conditions.

Your purchase confirmation e-mail includes a number you can use to track your package at www.ups.com.

Why haven't I received my order, shipping confirmation, customer service or newsletter e-mails?

Spam filtering software may be installed on your computer or used by your e-mail provider or Internet service provider. To ensure that you receive our e-mails and our responses to your inquiries, do one of the following:

Add the "customerservice@teambeachbody.com" and "LivingLifeFit@gmail.com" domain to your e-mail "safe list."

If your settings do not allow you to add e-mail addresses to a "safe list," use the Help section or contact your e-mail/Internet provider's Customer Support to research your configuration options.

Check your junk, bulk or spam folder if you feel you are missing an e-mail.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only before it ships. Because we try to get your products to you as soon as possible, there is limited time for you to cancel. If you made your purchase on our website, you must cancel the same day.

If we are not able to cancel your order when you call, it's okay! You still have the money-back guarantee and can call us for return instructions.

The only exceptions may be orders that have gone into backorder and orders with a declined credit card that has not been successfully processed yet.
