Our goal is to give you a response on the day of your inquiry or the next business day. How are your products shipped?Most of our products are shipped via UPS. If you elected rush shipping via UPS 2nd Day (not available for P.O. Boxes) your delivery time is about 4–5 business days. If you selected standard shipping, your order will arrive in about 5–7 business days. How can I check the status of an order?You can call Customer Service at 410-596-4400 to check your order status. Or you can e-mail us at LivingLifeFit@gmail.com. Typically, if you provided an e-mail address with your order, a shipment confirmation e-mail will be sent to that address. Please be sure to check your bulk or junk mail folder if you did not receive a shipment confirmation and feel as though you should. Why is my order delayed?We apologize if your package has not arrived when expected.
